FAQ
Is this an original painting or a print?
Every piece in the shop is a one-of-a-kind original painting — hand-poured by Liz in her studio. There are no prints, no reproductions, and no two pieces are ever alike. Once a painting sells, it’s gone.
What is fluid acrylic painting?
Fluid acrylic is a technique where paint is poured and manipulated across the canvas, allowing pigments to bloom, swirl, and interact in ways that can’t be fully controlled — or repeated. The result is organic, layered, and alive in a way that traditional brushwork isn’t.
How is my painting shipped?
Each painting is carefully packaged to protect the canvas and arrive safely. All original paintings include free shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4–6 business days. Delivery times vary by location.
Will the colors look the same as on my screen?
We photograph each piece carefully to represent the colors as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings, but the painting you receive will match what you see in the listing.
Can I return a painting?
Because each piece is a one-of-a-kind original, we ask that you choose thoughtfully — but if you’re not happy within 14 days of delivery, contact us and we’ll arrange a refund. If your painting arrives damaged, reach out within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right.
Do you take commissions?
Possibly! Every commission is a conversation. Reach out via the Contact page to share your vision and we’ll see if it’s a good fit.
I have another question.
